April is gone.
I did finish painting our family room. I really love the color. It's a golden yellow.. the pictures are much brighter than it actually is .. probably due to the flash. I think I will want to paint the panels in the back of the entertainment center a darker gold. Not sure. For now I'll just leave it alone.
Still have a few final touches like putting the banisters back up. I painted those white and sprayed the hardware black. Problem is .. I took it all apart and now I can't figure out how to put it back together and on the wall. I spent a good 45 minutes Sat trying to do this. I felt like an idiot ... how hard can it be??
I also got some knobs for the white cabinets. Again, spent some time trying to figure out how to do that too. "Hmm" I kept saying. I think I need a drill.
I will figure this out. Who needs a man right?

I have a drill if you want some help! I once assembled an entire dresser with my pocket knife (but I'm not bragging).
