We had round two of Hayley's allergy testing last week.
Some signs I chose to ignore for years ..
"mom.. I can't eat banana's - they make my throat hurt."
me "shut up and eat your banana. you are just saying that because you don't like it."
"mom... my eyes and throat itch when i go to girl's camp"
me "shut up and go to girl's camp. you are just saying that because you don't want to go."
I hate it when she's right.
A list of the things she is highly allergic to ...
bananas (opps)
kiwi
any kind of melon
eggs
rice
corn
nuts
most beans
soy
grapes
lettuce
brocoli
whey
most trees
most grasses
cats
Chocolate wasn't on the list .. isn't she lucky?
My new year's resolution will be to try and stay away from doctor's. They make me look bad.

Poor Hayley! That is awful, I agree she has been miserable! Gosh, that doesn't leave much that she can eat, huh?
Poor kid. Good luck with that. My girls have all had allergies. But they grew out of most of them by 5 so I can't offer any hope for Hayley on that one.
Ouch...it looks painful. But I don't know if it's more of a pain for you OR Hayley...the diet change and all. But at least now you know why she hasn't been eating!
