They got it right!
HOA is back .. another letter. I thought the love affair had ended but alas .. a letter came today.
A violation (what else?)
Basically telling me that I am leaving my trash can on the curb too long after the trash company collects. (true)
And that when I put the trash can away .. it needs to be BEHIND my fence and not on the SIDE of the house (yup).
This is a violation of laziness ... and it's all true. Every word. I leave the trash can at the end of my driveway FAR too long. Sometimes .. it's days. Basically because both myself and my children are too lazy to drag it up to put it - beside the house (visible). Then we are also too lazy to OPEN the gate to DRAG it INSIDE the back yard. Mostly it's because when it snows .. I have to shovel the snow in front of the gate so I can open the gate to get the can out from behind the gate. That's like .. w-o-r-k.
Yes, it's all about LAZINESS.
Guilty as charged.

Seriously...go meet them in person so they can see for themselves how harmless you are! Really?? They must be bored, soo bored to keep pestering you!
My whole front yard is an HOA violation. I am totally embarressed by it, but not enough to do anything about it. Good thing I don't have an HOA or we would have been booted out long ago.
