asthma kids

The other day I'm having a conversation with Eli and Jackson about school and how often they see each other.

me "so you guys see each other at lunch, huh?"

both boys "yup"

me "well, do you see each other at recess?"

both boys "yup"

me "okay, well do you play with each other on the playground"

Jackson "mom, I can't play with my LITTLE brother on the playground. Are you kidding me? We play all kinds of hard, hard things .. like running games."

me "seriously, you couldn't let him run with you? Is it like uncool?"

Jackson "mom, he couldn't keep up. I mean, it's a lot of running. I tell you what though .. I would let him play on the asthma kids' team though."

Eli "what's asthma?"

Those poor asthma kids have their own team now! I would totally have been part of it even though I don't have asthma! That is too funny!
