and kinda Melissa. She gave a good effort in the dressing room .. but decided not to join the club in public just yet. She'll get there.... maybe by the next holiday. (she claims it was the capri's .. and it didn't look right. but then she acted as if she didn't know us .. )
This happened to be a GREAT spin day ... KICKED it in HIGH gear. Thanks mostly to She-man Shelly!! I am realizing that sock days mean great spin days. I equal a good spin day to the puddle under my bike. Hmmm.. maybe there are puddles on sock days because they make me extra hot...
