On super glue ...

Hayley landed a pretty sweet babysitting gig. When I say pretty sweet ... what I really mean is PRETTY FREAKING AWESOME!

Two girls. Huge house. A maid. A housekeeper and cook. A dog trainer. A tutor.

And $25 an hour. Yeah ... that's right.

I want that job.

So anyway ... for her first time watching them she wanted to do something cool for them. She decided to make these "I Spy" bags.

Well ... the way we operate is under pressure. Last minute pressure. The bags were supposed to be sewn. But ran out of time to sew them. I had the brilliant idea that we should use super glue instead. And we were in a hurry. A big hurry ... cause she couldn't be late.

I didn't realize until we were driving just how much super glue I got on my fingers. Like a lot. And every time I would try to wipe them off ... I would get more fuzzies on them. And for whatever reason ... as I was driving it became hilarious. Like pull over on the side of the road hilarious. Tears running down our cheeks funny. And then the more we tried to figure out why it was so funny .. the more we couldn't stop laughing.

She suggested I go in and meet who she was babysitting for. I looked down at my fingers and realized that I was going to have to shake her hand. No way. And then it was funny all over again.

Hayley tried to take pictures ... didn't do the fingers justice really.

Thank you Hayley ... for an awesome memory. Which .. by the way .. that memory on my fingers lasted for days ...
