Halloween 2013

It's that time again ... my favorite holiday.

Halloween which really equals candy!

The boys were actually excited this year about dressing up.  They had a plan.

A plan with five other friends.

Morph Suits.

Eli wanted purple .. Jackson black.  All their friends chose different colors.

They got into these suits and I couldn't stop laughing.  Every time I looked at them I'd crack up.  The pictures don't even do it justice.  They had all these "moves" while wearing them.

So the prep was pretty easy.  Zip .. out the door.

I was so stoked about having a bunch of cool photog ops with the friends .. in these suits.  I was shot down pretty quick on that idea.  I guess asking all the friends to pose for a pic was out of the question.  No mom!  So uncool.  We are NOT doing that.  No way.  And you can take our picture but in the backyard.  That's it.

Whatever ...

And Hayley did some pretty wicked makeup on herself too ..

Oh and Eli came back about 2 hours after leaving for trick or treating and dumped this out on the counter ...

I looked at him and said really Eli?  What?  You clearly are NOT taking this seriously .. get back out there.

I mean .. that's what I was looking forward to all night - digging through the candy and eating all the good stuff!
