Oh. Hi Jackson!

No.  I haven't forgotten this kiddo.

Quiet kid.  With cool friends.

I cleaned out his spring break papers from his bag ... came across several things ... such as ...

you know ... mesa bear of the week ... his art getting into the rock of the arts and displayed at the outlets ... and a recognition for just being a great kid.  

Seriously Jackson - why didn't you tell me about any of these?  I don't know mom.  Forgot.  But the counselor called me down to the office to give me that one award.  That was kind of cool.  

Jackson I LOVE YOU!! How'd you end up to be such a great kid??... as we both turn to look at Hayley sitting on top of the counter in her underwear and Eli choking the dog.

Hayley laughing says "C'mon mom.  Look at me and Eli ... if you didn't have us ... there'd be no excitement in your life.  We keep you from being bored.  And that's JUST as important as any award"

Oh and I have three projects due this week that I'll be working pretty hard on.  I have to get an A. 

Give our family a good name son!  Or balance us.  Or something.
