We took a family vacation to ... Florida. What are the odds that my very best friend LIVES in Florida? Who planned this trip? Wow ... funny ... this is sooo convenient. Brilliant.
So I put my little family on an airplane .. back to the awesome state of Colorado. As I waved goodbye .. wiped a tear ... and made a mad dash to my ASHLEY!!
I'm not sure if anyone knows this .. but she makes me happy. Bonus is getting to spend that time with my other baby's too. Her girls are so so beautiful ...and so much fun to be around. They are such great kids. Salem and I solved the worlds problems and made up songs to sing at night. Little Tuscany probably didn't appreciate that I wanted to squeeze her whenever she passed by me. Rachael and Ashton ... I think they knew I was there? (actually Rach got to take a whole lot of photos during the day .. LUCKY HER) Pete was so good about the picture taking too ... and telling us when and where and how to do our acrobats. Great sport that guy is!
I have discovered this annual trip isn't for "fun" .. it's for mental stability. It's necessity. It helps the crazy in me.
The Iphone has the best picture apps. We played with the camera filters and came out with some AMAZING photos. Yeah I'm biased. Whatever ... I don't care. We can compete with the best on Pinterest .... or instagram (if I had an account ... or even knew what that was. But my kids assure me it's "cool")
