Beauty ...

Hayley had a photo shoot done (eh-ehm) that I actually approved of -  late September.

They actually turned out really pretty.

Like they wouldn't.

I mean ... this girl.

Can she take a bad photo?

I don't know.

Is it annoying to hear bragging about a child I created that turned out to be stunning?

Maybe.

I always wonder about that.  I think she's absolutely beautiful.  Stop in your tracks kind of gorgeous. Slap your mama kind a pretty.  Okay .. that's going too far.

But doesn't everyone think that about their own child?  So how does one really know ... your own child .. if they are really that good looking .. or not perceived that way through other's eyes?

Deep thoughts of the universe that really don't matter.

Because what matters right this very second ... is that I think that she's beautiful. (and I also think I'm taking credit for it ... I mean ... DNA counts for something.  Yeah baby ... I made dis)

(and yes, I have to keep in mind ... that she's lucky she's pretty ... a lot of the time ... you know .. to make up for lack of ... other skills)
