My Brother's Taken

We just got home from my brother's wedding.

They have been engaged for a few months now but last week (um, yes I did say LAST week) they decided they were going to go ahead and tie the knot today. A week for planning. A week is not a long time.

So I've spent the past couple of days helping my mom come up with decorating and food plans. Today was spent putting it all together. I have to say it was flawless. Beautiful. I can't believe it happened in a week. Sometime in Aug they will have a big reception. Tonight was pretty small and just immediate family there.

Lauren is awesome. Our family loves her. Really sweet girl .. Josh couldn't do better! They make a beautiful couple. Really ... they are gorgeous together.

Hayley made a comment at the end of the night that cracked me up. "Josh really behaved himself tonight". If any of you know Josh .. it is such a true statement.

Eli and Jackson weren't so keen on the idea of dressing up and spending the evening at their uncle's wedding ...
