The 'chairboard'

I was sitting outside this weekend enjoying the nice weather and a book.

I look up and here's what I see...

Uh-huh. That's Jack (aka neighborhood informant) pushing Eli ... on .. yes .. a skateboard with a desk chair taped to it. Right. I know. I was amazed at how very sturdy this thing was. I asked the very obnoxious question to them if it were 'safe'.

"oh please mom ... we were just going down the hill on it"...

Because I wanted to validate that indeed, it was safe .. I asked for a demonstration.

Clear tape, no less. Perhaps one of them will become a rocket scientist when they grow up. If not ... hopefully they can use these skills to break out of prison ...
